1、RP60熱熔膠噴膠機(jī)膠箱內(nèi)層表面采用氟龍涂層防止炭化，確保膠質(zhì)最佳狀態(tài)，減少堵塞。
2、獨(dú)立泵轉(zhuǎn)速由交流馬達(dá)（變頻調(diào)速）數(shù)字顯示精確控制膠量輸出。
3、雙層過濾去除染污，防止噴頭堵塞。
4、系統(tǒng)冷啟動(dòng)延遲裝置，防止泵的損壞。
5、RP60熱熔膠噴膠機(jī)具有超高溫保護(hù)功能。

熱熔膠性能：

熱熔膠在常溫下呈固體狀，加熱到一定溫度熔融成液體狀，噴涂在被粘物后，經(jīng)壓合、冷卻，能在幾秒鐘內(nèi)就完成粘合過程。
熱熔膠為100%的固體成份，不含溶劑，無污染；固化時(shí)間快、效率高、成本低、粘力強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。
